We offer two pay paths depending on how you prefer to be paid:

Option A (Stability + Upside): Hourly + Efficiency Bonus:
- $–$/hr based on experience/skill.
- Production/efficiency bonus tied to performance and quality.
Option B (Higher Ceiling): Flat Rate + Temporary Guarantee Available:
- $–$ per flat-rate hour (based on skill).
- Temporary Guarantee available for qualified A-Techs while you ramp up.
Realistic annual potential: $–$+ depending on production.
What You’ll Do:
- Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, CAN/network, no-starts, intermittent concerns).
- Efficient, accurate repairs and quality verification.
- Document findings clearly and communicate with advisors/management.
- Help elevate the shop.

- Proven diagnostic experience (ASE a plus).
- Tools appropriate for your level.
