What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in automotive sales, or highly motivated to learn.
- Honest, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable talking with customers in person, by phone, text, and email.
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
- Organized and able to follow up with customers.
- Positive, coachable, and willing to be part of a team.
- Focused on taking great care of customers.

- Automotive sales experience is a definite plus, but it is not required for the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a great personality, and the desire to succeed, we are willing to train you.
Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will:
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles.
- Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers.
- Present vehicles in a professional and helpful manner.
- Work with management to structure fair deals.
- Help customers through the buying process.
- Represent Thornton Automotive Dover with honesty and professionalism.
- Take care of customers the way they deserve to be treated.
