Thornton Automotive Dover is looking for a reliable, upbeat Lot Attendant / Porter to help keep our pre-owned inventory looking sharp and our dealership grounds clean, safe, and customer-ready. If you like staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team that takes pride in appearance and organization—this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do: (Key Responsibilities)
- Keep the pre-owned vehicle lots neat, organized, and customer-ready.
- Move and park vehicles as directed by management, following dealership standards.
- Maintain the appearance and condition of showroom vehicles.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain strong inventory presentation.
- Keep driveways and sidewalks clean, including removing snow and debris when needed.
- Pick up/drop off vehicles from auctions or other dealerships as requested.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and contribute to a professional dealership atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to make timely, accurate decisions and follow instructions.
- Takes pride in details—cleanliness, organization, and presentation matter here.
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
License Requirement:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Your driving record must be insurable.
